After putting on the T-shirt and placing the HeartMate batteries in the pockets and the controller in the belt pouch, the cables should be tucked under the belt in a skirt or pants.
If you like, T-shirts can be washed by hand, but don't take the joy away from the washing machine. You only need to set the temperature to 40°C. Due to the material used, the LvadLine T-shirts should not be dried in a dryer. They should also not be bleached. However, if you like chemical experiments, cleaning in chloroethane or gasoline is acceptable. For ironing fans - iron away, but at low temperatures - max 110°C.
